Il explore des vibrations musicales variées, puis porte son dévolu sur la guitare et l'écriture.
Du 1er EP "Silence Radio" sorti en 2006, aux multiples scènes avec le groupe de rock celtique "Kervegans", il s'expatrie aux Pays-Bas en 2010.
Il se nourrit alors de la culture batave, intègre le groupe rock "Killer Honey" & le collectif "Hum8ug Project".
L'année 2016 est marquée par la sortie du double album "Nectar", un condensé de plusieurs années de compositions personnelles et de collaborations franco-néerlandaises.
De retour en France à l'été 2018, il fonde dans la foulée le duo electro-rock "Hip Kit" avec Delphine Chaudeaux, et sort l'EP "Ginger goes Wild".
L'année suivante, il s'adonne à la composition de l'hymne du spectacle "Mars est dans la terre" - La Citadelle des Anges, ainsi que l'univers musical de la pièce de théâtre "Nelle, Elliot, Grand-mère et le Monde".
Il reprend également le chemin de la scène avec le groupe "Kervegans", et le collectif "B.R.E.T.O.N.S".
En 2020, il rencontre la chanteuse et batteuse Delis Elma.
Ils forment le duo rock acoustique éphémère "Power Box" et publie la session live "From The Living Room".
2022 débute par la sortie de l'album de Kervegans "L'ombre et l'aurore" pour lequel il a collaboré activement à l'écriture des textes et de la musique.
Une tournée des clubs et festivals est programmée pour partager ce nouvel opus avec le public.
Le 1er album B.R.E.T.O.N.S sort dans les bacs en mars 2023, et le show de ce collectif est bien reçu lors des premiers festivals à les accueillir.
Fred Sauvage compose deux chansons pour le spectacle fantastique "La Terre", en collaboration avec Sylvain Michoux et Christophe Ongaro.

Child of "popular orchestra", crunching cymbals from his earliest childhood, he learned self-production using a 4-track tape recorder during the 90s.
He explores various musical vibrations, then focuses on the guitar and writing.
From the 1st EP "Silence Radio" released in 2006, with multiple gigs with the Celtic rock group "Kervegans", he moved to the Netherlands in 2010.
He then fed on the Batavian culture, joined the rock group "Killer Honey" & the collective "Hum8ug Project".
The year 2016 is marked by the release of the double album "Nectar", a digest of several years of personal compositions and Franco-Dutch collaborations.
Back in France in the summer of 2018, he founded the electro-rock duo "Hip Kit" with Delphine Chaudeaux, and released the EP "Ginger goes Wild".
The following year, he devoted himself to the composition of the hymn for the live show "Mars est dans la terre" - La Citadelle des Anges, as well as the musical universe of the play "Nelle, Elliot, Grand-mère et le Monde". He also comes back on stage with "Kervegans", and the collective "B.R.E.T.O.N.S".
In 2020, he met the singer and drummer Delis Elma.
They create the ephemeral acoustic rock duo "Power Box" and release the live session "From The Living Room".
2022 begins with the release of the new Kervegans's album "L'ombre et l'aurore" for which he actively collaborated for lyrics and music.
A tour in clubs and festivals is scheduled to share these new song with the public.
The 1st album B.R.E.T.O.N.S will be released in March 2023, and the show of this collective is well received at the first festivals to welcome them.
Fred Sauvage composes two songs for the fantastic picture show "La Terre", in collaboration with Sylvain Michoux and Christophe Ongaro.
